Slow roasted lamb
Slow roasted lamb turns out incredibly juicy, tender and tasty. Even with smallish cuts of meat.
After hearing a lot about the wonders of slow roasting, I gave it a try with this lamb roast, and it turned out incredibly juicy, tender and tasty. The only problem was the timing. I’d imagined a medium rare roast would need at least 4 hours at very low temperatures, but I’d forgotten to take ambient temperature into account, so by the time we were ready to eat the meat was very well done. Yet it had a taste to remember.
