Chocolate roll with buttercream

I’ve only recently discovered rolls as an easy way out, when people are dropping by on short notice. There are so few ingredients involved that I can always find what I need in the cupboard. And this chocolate roll with buttercream bakes in 10 minutes which is faster than going to the shop for a cake.
This recipe uses potato starch which keeps the cake moist and gives it a more flexible texture that is easier to roll. Corn starch can be used instead as can ordinary flour.
