This carrot celery salad recipe makes a nice supplement to the green leaf-tomato salad routine. Especially in outside the summer season.
Some people prefer improvised salads based on the ingredients that happen to be available. And although the outcome can be quite charming, it does – sometimes – look and taste like an accident. That’s why I collect salad recipes and use them several times a week, when the green leaf-tomatoes salad routine deserves a break. And one of the great cold season favourites is this carrot celery salad recipe.
